臭氧大自血疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的疗效观察

目的观察臭氧大自血疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的71例脑卒中后遗症患者按志愿原则分为治疗组（47例）与对照组（24例），2组都给予常规的基础治疗如针刺、静脉输液，治疗组另加用臭氧大自血疗法治疗；10 d为1个疗程，2组均治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前后2组患者神经功能改善情况（Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分）。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95.7％和75.0％、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)，2组均无严重并发症发生。结论臭氧大自血疗法可以有效改善脑卒中后遗症患者缺损的神经功能和提高患者的生活质量，且安全有效。

Observation of ozone major autohemo therapy in treating stroke sequela

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone major autohemo therapy in the treatment of stroke sequela. Methods Seventy one patients with stroke sequela were divided into treatment group (n=47) and control group (n=24), two groups were given conventional therapy such as acupuncture and intravenous infusion, the treatment group plus ozone major autohemo therapy, 10 days for a course of treatment and all treated for 3 courses. The nerve function improvement was observed before and after treatment for the two groups. Results The total effective rates of two groups were 95.7% and 75.0%, the difference for Fugl-Meyer was significant (P<0.01), without any serious complications. Conclusion Ozone major autohemo therapy in the treatment of stroke sequela could effectively improve the neurological function and the quality of life, and effective safe.
