摘    要:目的:建立了能够同时测定丹参注射剂中6种无机阴离子(氟离子、甲酸根、氯离子、亚硝酸根、溴离子和硝酸根)含量的离子色谱方法。方法:采用IC-2100离子色谱,Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),KOH梯度淋洗,电导检测器检测6种无机阴离子含量。结果:6种无机阴离子基本达到基线分离,线性关系良好,相关系数分别在0.999 5~0.999 9,平均回收率分别在90.1%~106.5%。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、简便、实用,可用于丹参注射剂中6种无机阴离子的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: An ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of six inorganic anions(fluoride, formic, chloride, nitrite, bromide and nitrate) in Danshen injection was established. Method: Six inorganic anions were determined by anion exchange column Ion Pac AS11-HC(4 mm×250 mm), eluted by gradient hydroxide potassium. Result: Good resolution can be achieved among the above mentioned six inorganic anions.Their linear correlations over the investigated concentration were in the range of 0.999 5-0.999 9, while the average recoveries ranged from 90.1% to 106.5%, respectively. Conclusion: The ion chromatography method is fast, accurate, simple, reliable and applicable for the determination and quality control of inorganic anions in Danshen injection.
