钼靶摄影显示的乳腺钙化性病变的诊断价值

目的：探讨钼靶摄影显示的乳腺钙化在不同乳腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法：对32例经手术和病理证实的钼靶摄影中的乳腺钙化进行回顾性分析。结果：32例乳腺钙化中：良性病变为19例，乳腺癌伴钙化13例。结论：多量簇状细沙样、小叉状、小棒状钙化灶是乳腺恶性病变的主要特征。粗大颗粒状、大块状、散在细沙样钙化灶是良性病变的主要特征。钼靶摄影显示的乳腺钙化性病变具有很高的诊断价值。

The diagnostic value of calcification leion revealed by mammography in mammary diseases

Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of calcification lesion of breast diseases detected by mammography. Methods： 32 patients with calcifications of breast diseases confirmed by surgery, pathology and among mammography were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 19 patients had benign lesions and 13 patients had breast cancer among 32 patients with. Conclusion： Lots of clustered sand-like, fork-like and spillikin-like calcification lesions are the main appearances of malignancy. Coarse granular, agglomerate or scattered sand-like calcifications lesions are the main appearances of benign diseases. The calcification lesions of breast diseases displayed by mammography has high diagnositic value.
