Abstract: | The spontaneous presentation of oro-facial paraesthesia or anaesthesia is relatively uncommon. However, clinicians may be required to investigate and comment on the management of patients with such symptoms. We report 3 cases of necrotising sialometaplasia which presented with intra-oral anaesthesia. |
