| 摘 要： | 急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人住院期间常常会发生便秘,有报道称40.0%～72.9%的AMI病人伴有便秘。AMI病人便秘后,用力排便会使其病情加重,甚至增加猝死的危险性。目前国内多通过应用各种缓泻剂、调整饮食、使用开塞露或甘油低压灌肠等方法预防和缓解AMI病人的便秘。为了降低AMI病人便
