| Abstract: | In order to comply with the continuous development and wide application of new nursing models in China,and meet the requirements of the society for knowledge structure,overall capacity and service model of nursing personnels,it is an effective measure to carry out the continuing education for in-service nurses.The research reviewed the status quo of continuing education for in-service nurses in China,so as to promote the continuous development of nursing education. |
