子宫动脉上行支结扎加B-lynch缝合术后子宫复旧的临床分析

目的 研究子宫动脉上行支结扎及B-lynch缝合术后子宫复旧情况,对该手术的可行性、安全性进行评估.方法 选取行子宫动脉结扎及B-lynch缝合术后的患者26例为治疗1组,行子宫动脉结扎的患者30例为治疗2组,再随机选择同期常规剖宫产的患者50例作为对照组.对3组产妇产后子宫复旧及月经恢复的情况进行对比分析.结果 两治疗组在子宫复旧的时间、月经恢复时间与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 子宫上行支动脉结扎及B-lynch缝合不影响子宫复旧及月经复潮,是治疗剖宫产难治性产后出血可行、安全的方法,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation on uterine involution after ligation of ascending branch of uterine artery plus modified B-lynch suture

Objective To investigate the uterine involution status after ascending branch ligation of uterine artery plus modified B-lynch suture and to evaluate their safety and feasibility.Methods 26 patients undergoing ascending branch ligation of uterine artery plus modified B-lynch suture were selected as the treatment group 1,30 patients undergoing only uterine arterial ligation as the treatment group 2 and 50 cases of conventional cesarean section in the same period as the control group.The comparative analysis was performed on the status of uterine involution and menstrual recovery among 3 groups.Results The time of uterine involution and menstrual recovery in the two treatment groups had no statistical difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ascending branch ligation of uterine artery plus modified B-lynch suture have no influence on uterine involution and menstrual recovery,which is a feasible and safe method to treat refractory postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and worthy of being popularized in clinic.
