| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高龄乳腺癌患者并存病的围手术期处理。方法:回顾分析我院自2003年5月至2007年10月共为32例65岁以上合并多种基础疾病的高龄乳腺癌患者施行手术,手术治疗效果满意,现对该组患者围手术期处理体会进行结。结果:本组无手术死亡,术后均能痊愈出院。结论:虽然并存病增加了手术风险,在对各并存症充分的认知、病人及家属的配合、正确的围术期处理下均能能过手术治疗以取得最佳的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective to discuss the PerioperativeManagement of the Coexisting Diseases for theElderlyPatientsWith Breast Cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of the thirty-two senile mammary cancer patients operated with three and more Basic Diseases aged 65 years and elder fromMay-03 to October-07 in my hospital,the effects of operation treatment are satisfied,and now,we sum up the experience df the PerioperativeManagement of the patients above-mentioned.Results There is no postoperative death in patients,and they can make a recovery after operation.Conclusion The operation risk increases due to the Coexisting Diseases,but if we know enough for various Coexisting Diseases. cooperate with the patients and family numbers,and deal with the Perioperative Management correctly.we can make optimal curative effect with operative treatment |
