| Abstract: | Based on the idea of the ontology, knowledge representation and structure of knowledge base of clinical cases is proposed. The knowledge acquisition process of clinical cases is introduced, the methods of clinical case similarity calculation is proposed; and the experiments of case similarity calculation has been carried on using clinical datacalculation is proposed; and the experiments of case similarity calculation has been carried on using clinical data from hospital. |
