摘    要:目的:了解Azone对丹参浸膏中丹参素的透皮促渗作用。方法:采用离体裸鼠皮肤,应用Franz扩散池进行体外渗透量、渗透系数。结果:Azone不同用量,不同时间的预处理均有明显促渗作用。渗透方程均为零级模式。结论:促渗剂预处理是一种较好的促渗方法。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Azone on the percutaneous permeability of Salvianolic acid A in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: Drug permeation in vitro test was performed on excised hairless mice skin in Franz diffusion cell. The cumulative permeable amounts and coefficient of Salvianolic acid A were evaluated. Results: Pretreatments with Azone in different concentration and time increased the percutaneous transport of Salvianolic acid A. For all cases the drug penetration process could be described by zero order kinetic mechanism. Conclusion: It indicates that pretreatment with penetration enhancers is an effective method of enhancing permeability of drugs.
