磷酸钙骨水泥修复髓室底穿孔渗漏的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)修复髓室底穿孔的渗漏。方法 在离体牙上采用染料渗入法检测CPC、光固化玻璃离子水门汀(LGIC)及夹层技术修复髓室底穿孔的渗漏情况。结果 三组穿孔修复体渗漏从小到大依次为:LGIC组、夹层技术、CPC组,三组渗漏差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 CPC具有良好的密封性能,其密封性与LGIC相近似。CPC可作为髓室底穿孔较理想的修复材料。

Abstract:Objective To study the effusion of calcium phosphate cement in repairing furcation perforation. Methods Application of penetration test to measure effusion in repairing furcation perforation with calcium phosphate cement(CPC),light curing glass ionomer cement (LGIC)and both of them used in Sandwich technique in extracted teeth. Results Restoration effusion of three groups in sequence from small to large were LGIC group, Sandwich technique group and CPC group.The differences in dye effusion of the three groups were not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusions It is considered to be a better material for repairing furation perforation combining its other biological properties.
