| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性全麻手术患者留置导尿管的最佳时机。方法将男性全麻手术患者120例随机分为观察组（麻醉前10min留置导尿管）和对照组（麻醉后留置导尿管），观察两组留置导尿管前后的心率、血压变化，以及在麻醉苏醒期患者对导尿管的适应程度。结果麻醉前10min留置导尿管组患者的心率、血压有波动，术后苏醒期对尿管的适应性较好；而麻醉后留置导尿管组患者的心率、血压平稳，术后苏醒期对尿管的适应性较差。结论男性全麻患者留置导尿管宜在麻醉前10min时进行。
