G5振动排痰机在呼吸机治疗中的应用与护理

[目的]探讨G5振动排痰机在呼吸机治疗中的应用效果以及对护理人员劳累程度的影响.[方法]选取256例非呼吸系统原发病且需要呼吸机治疗的病人,按照疾病危重度评分,应用分层随机化法分为两组.试验组采用G5振动排痰机;对照组采用人工叩背法.[结果]试验组呼吸道感染发生率、皮下出血发生率、肺不张发生率、死亡率、呼吸机治疗时间、住ICU时间、动脉二氧化碳分压以及护理人员劳累程度均低于对照组(均P＜0.05).[结论]使用G5振动排痰机可减少病人肺部感染发生率、呼吸机治疗时间以及降低护理人员工作强度.

Application of G5 vibration sputum elimination machine for patients undergoing ventilator treatment and its nursing care

Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effect of G_5 vibration sputum elimination machine for patients undergoing respirator ventilation and the influence on degrees of tiredness of nursing staff's manipulation.Method: A total of 256 patients with protopathy of non-respiratory system requiring ventilator treatment were scored according to the severity of their ailment,then were divided into 2 groups by stratified random sampling.Patients of test group were applied G_5 vibration sputum elimination machine.While patients of control group were just given artificial clapping by nurses.Results:In terms of the incidences of respiratory tract infection,subcutaneous hemorrhage and atelectasis,mortality,the time of ventilator therapy,ICU hospitalization,and PaCO_2,patients of test group were lower than that of control group.And nursing staff provided care for test group felt less fatigue than staff for control group.Conclusion:Applying G_5 vibration sputum elimination machine can decrease respiratory tract infection rate and shorten ventilator therapy time for patients.And it can lower the exertion degree of nursing staff as well.
