摘    要:目的识别、评价某年产30×104t再生铜冶炼项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应防护对策和管理措施,保障劳动者身体健康。方法选择与该项目类似的工程作为类比项目采用类比调查法和检查表法进行评价。结果该项目工程选址、总体布局、拟采取的生产工艺、设备布局、采光与照明、卫生辅助设施等符合国家有关规定,具备较完善的职业病防护设施和管理措施设计,可能存在或产生多种职业病危害因素,其中各类粉尘、噪声、高温、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、酸雾、砷化氢等是本工程主要的职业病危害因素。属严重职业病危害项目。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Abstract:Objective] To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards which may generate in a 300 000 t recycled copper smelting project,to put forward the corresponding protective and management measures,and ensure the health of workers.Methods] The analog survey and checklist method were used for the evaluation,with similar project as analog project.Results] The site selection,overall layout,manufacturing technique,equipment layout,daylighting and illumination,and health support facilities of this project was in line with the national standards.The project had better occupational protective equipment and management measures design,but a variety of occupational hazards might generate or exist in this project,the main occupational hazards were dust,noise,heat,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,acid mist,arsenide hydrogen.Therefore,the project belonged to the project with serious occupational hazards.Conclusion] The potential occupational hazards of this project can be prevented.And this project is feasible from the perspective of occupational health analysis.
