| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨推拿结合针刺治疗小儿外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取116例外感咳嗽患儿分为试验组62例,采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗并配以针刺。对照组54例,只采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗。结果：试验组的总有效率95.2%明显高于对照组（70.4%）,两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗并配以针刺对小儿外感咳嗽治愈率高,见效快,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of treating cough in children by massage plus acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of massage acupuncture treatment on treating cough in children.Methods: 116 cases of children with flu cough were randomly divided into experimental group(n=62) were treated by match plus acupuncture.The control group(n=54),only given tui na massage.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.2%) was higher than that in the control group(70.4%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The massage technique plus acupuncture has high cure rate,good effect,was worthy of clinical application in treating cough in children. |
