2006—2010年佛山市顺德区企业职工职业健康监护结果

目的分析佛山市顺德区2006—2010年企业职工职业健康检查结果,探讨企业存在的主要职业危害对工人健康的影响。方法对5年来该区企业员工职业健康监护存档资料和统计报表进行分析。结果 5年共发现可疑职业病80人,其中可疑职业性铅中毒63人,检出率最高,占78.75%;可疑尘肺11人,次之,占13.75%;共发现职业禁忌证277人,其中未成年人155人,占55.96%。结论铅中毒和尘肺是顺德区防治重点,应加大相关法律法规宣传,保护未成年人和孕妇等,提高职业健康监护受检率。

Occupational health surveillance results of enterprises in Shunde District of Foshan City from 2006-2010

Objective]To analyze the occupational examination results of enterprise in the Shunde District from 2006-2010,to discuss the main occupational hazards impacting on workers’ health.Methods]The occupational health surveillance data and statistical reports in 5 years were analyzed.Results]A total of 80 cases of suspected occupational diseases were found in 5 years,among which 63 were suspected lead poisoned,the detection rate was 78.75% which was the highest detection rate;followed by 11 cases of suspected of pneumoconiosis,accounting for 13.75%.A total of 277 case of suspected occupational contraindication were found,including 155 minors,representing 55.96%.Conclusion]Lead poisoning and pneumoconiosis are the emphasis of prevention and treatment of occupational disease in Shunde District.It is necessary to strengthen the publicities of relevant laws and regulations,to protect minors and pregnant women,etc,and to improve the examination rate of occupational health surveillance.
