3748例男性不育患者染色体核型分析

目的探讨男性不育与染色体异常的关系。方法按常规方法制作染色体标本,对3748例男性不育患者进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析。结果 3748例男性不育患者中,检出染色体异常502例,异常率为13.4%,其中性染色体异常359例,检出率为9.58%。结论染色体异常是导致男性不育的重要原因之一,对男性不育患者进行染色体核型分析很有必要。

Analysis of chromosome karyotype in 3748 cases of male infertility

Objective:To explore the relationship between male infertility and chromosome abnormality.Methods: Chromosomal karyotypes were examined in-3748 male infertility patients by routinely cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes.Results:There were 502 abnormal karyotypes in 3748 infertility patients,the rate of abnormal karyotypes was 12.4%,including 359 cases of sex chromosomal aberrations,the ratio was 9.58%.Conclusions:Chromosome abnormality is one of the importantimpacts on male infertility,analysis of chromosome karyotypes is necessary to patients with male infertility.
