摘    要:目的 介绍建立血源性脑及脑膜转移瘤动物模型的方法,成瘤率的影响因素,讨论对脑膜及脑内转移瘤的检出效果及其表现基础。方法 38只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,分别从颈总动脉行血脑屏障开放接种VX2癌细胞,单纯接种VX2癌细胞及单纯注射生理盐水。术后1周开始在不同时间行MRI检查。病理取材HE及免疫组织化学染色光镜下观察。

Establishment and MRI study of animal model of hematogenous cerebral and meningeal metastasis
Abstract:Objective To introduce a method of establishing a hematogenous cerebral and meningeal metastasis animal model, and to analyze the factors influencing the rate of growth, as well as to discuss MRI study of the model Methods 38 New Zealand rabbits were divided into 3 groups and inoculated with VX2 carcinoma with or without opening up blood brain barrier (BBB) respectively The last group was inoculated with physiological saline only MRI including plain scan and enhanced scan was done at different time 1 week after inoculation Pathological study was made under microscope by HE and immunohistochemical stains Results The rate of growth was 72% for meningeal metastasis, and 62% for cerebral metastasis MRI showed the tumor appeared isointense on T 1WI, hypo or hyperintense on T 2WI with marked enhancement after intravenous injection of Gd DTPA Conclusion The animal model is able to provide a good method for medical imaging study The BBB may play an important role for cerebral or meningeal metastasis MRI using T 2WI and T 1WI with Gd DTPA is highly sensitive for detecting the metastasis
