| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌作为威胁女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈上升趋势.正确诊断乳腺癌并评估腋窝淋巴结状态对制定乳腺癌的治疗方案及评估预后具有重要意义.超声弹性成像技术作为超声领域的一项新技术,已用于诊断乳腺癌以及评估腋窝淋巴结状态等.本文对超声弹性成像技术在乳腺癌及腋窝淋巴结状态评估中的临床应用进行综述.

| Abstract: | As one of the most common malignant tumors, the morbidity of breast cancer presents an increasing trend in recent years. To diagnose breast cancer and evaluate axillary lymph node status correctly is important for prognosis and selection of appropriate therapy for breast cancer. Elastosonography as one of the new technologies in ultrasonic field, the diagnostic value in breast and axillary lymph nodes has been studied. The clinical application of elastosonography in assessing breast and axillary lymph nodes status in breast cancer patients were reviewed in this article. |
