乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床观察

目的回顾性观察、分析乌司他丁（UTI）治疗急性胰腺炎（AP）的临床疗效。方法将60例AP患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用乌司他丁治疗。结果①治疗组轻症的总有效率为100%,与对照组（总有效率为96.2%）比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,但治疗组轻症的痊愈率（72.0%）则显著优于对照组的42.3%（P〈0.05）。②治疗组重症的总有效率为80.0%,对照组重症的总有效率为50.0%,两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,治疗组重症的痊愈率（20.0%）也显著优于对照（0.0%））。结论乌司他丁是治疗急性胰腺炎的安全而有效的药物之一,可以尽早使用,提高疗效。

Clinical Observation on ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis

OBJECTIVE Recalling the observation,analysis ulinastatin（UTI）treatment of acute pancreatitis（AP）on the clinical efficacy.METHODS 60 cases with AP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two group received routine treatment.In addition,the treatment group were given ulinastatin for five to ten days.RESULTS ①There was not significant difference in total effectiveness rate between two groups in light type（100% vs 96.2%,P0.05）,but the cured rate of treatment group in light type was significantly higher than that of control group（72.0% vs 42.3%,P0.05）.②The total effectiveness rate of treatment group in severe type was significantly higher than that of control group（80.0% vs 50.0%,P0.05）,the cured rate of treatment group in severe type was significantly higher than that of control group too（20.0% vs 0.0%）.CONCLUSION Ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis is safe and effective drug,one can use as soon as possible can enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
