| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玉屏风散中黄芪、白术君臣两药对上呼吸道优势菌甲型链球菌的影响,进一步揭示玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染的机理,为研发促进上呼吸道正常菌群生长,防治上呼吸道感染的中药微生态调节剂提供实验依据。方法：通过给小鼠腹腔注射抗生素,造成小鼠上呼吸道菌群失调模型,分别灌胃给予黄芪、白术水煎剂7天后,检测甲型链球菌的增减状况。结果：玉屏风散中君臣黄芪、白术二药对上呼吸道甲型链球菌的生长均有促进作用。结论：玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染的机理之一是通过黄芪、白术扶植上呼吸道优势菌甲型链球菌的生长,从而阻止病原微生物的黏附、定植。
