首次突发脑梗塞患者就医时间及其影响因素分析

目的 探讨影响首次突发脑梗塞患者就医时间的影响因素,为脑卒中高危人群的预防保健教育提供理论依据。 方法 对315例首次突发脑梗塞患者的就医时间进行调查,分析其文化程度、首发症状及对脑卒中疾病知识的了解等因素对患者发病后选择就医时间的影响。 结果 315例患者平均就医时间为34.79h,6h内就医者65例(20.64%),文化程度、首发症状轻重及对脑卒中疾病知识的了解程度等对患者选择就医时间均有影响。 结论 早期在社区实施对高危人群的预防保健教育,对降低患者伤残率有非常重要的意义。

Hospitalizing time of the first burst of patients with cerebral infarction and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the hospitalizing time of the first burst of patients with cerebral infarction and its influencing factors, and provide a theoretical basis of the prevention and health education of stroke in high-risk groups. Methods The hospitalizing time of 315 cases of the first burst of cerebral infarction was investigated. The effect of culture degree, initial symptoms of stroke and the knowledge level of disease in hospitalizing time of patients after the onset were analyzed. Results The average hospitalization time of 315 patients was 34. 79 hours, 65 patients （20.64 % ） went to hospital within 6 hours. The cultural degree, initial symptoms and the severity of the stroke, knowledge level of disease had an impact on hospitalizing time. Conclusion Early preventive health education for high-risk groups in community has an important role to reduce the rate of disability in patients.
