| 摘 要： | 在药物经济学评价中,贴现率的取值是影响评价结果的一个重要因素。关于成本和收益贴现率的取值是否应该相同,国内外一直存在争议。本文对国内外成本和健康收益贴现率取值问题进行分析,为我国药物经济学评价中健康收益贴现率选择提供理论参考。
