| 摘 要： | 在刑事诉讼证据中,法医鉴定是鉴定结论的一种。法医鉴定所依据的材料是否齐全、正确,法医鉴定与其他证据是否有矛盾,法医鉴定是否符合法定标准,法医鉴定的形式要件是否合法是至关重要的。
