简易精神症状自陈量表在普通精神科患者中的应用

目的:应用简易精神症状自陈量表检测普通精神科临床患者,以了解该量表在普通精神科患者的表现特征。方法:对普通精神科临床中362名不同类型的精神疾病患者用该量表进行检测,分析各类精神障碍患者在该量表上的得分情况。结果:①各种精神障碍在SBPS幻觉、被害、夸大、神经症各因子及总分上均有一定得分,以精神分裂症等精神病性障碍组得分较高。②SBPS总分、神经症因子和被害因子与MMPI的多个临床分量表均呈显著正相关。③以该量表总分13分为划界分,362例患者中有23例被误判为主观夸大精神症状(6.4%),以精神分裂症的误判率较高(9.4%)。结论:简易精神症状自陈量表在一定程度上具有反映某些精神病态的作用;量表得分较高时不应一概视为伪装,应结合临床具体分析。

An examination of the self-report scale of brief psychopathological symptoms to apply in general psychiatric patients

Objective:To examine the effect of the self-report scale of brief psychopathological symptoms(SBPS) in general psychiatric patients.Methods:Three hundred sixty two clinic patients suffering from different kinds of mental disorders were tested by SBPS.Results: 1).All kinds of mental disorders showed low scores in the factors and total score of SBPS.Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders had higher scores.2).There was significantly positive relationship between total score,two factors of neurotic and persecution of SBPS and most of factors of MMPI.3).It was about 23 of 362 cases were classified to malingering by the cut-off 13 scores of SBPS with a false rate 6.4%.Conclusions: SBPS could reflect some psychopathological symptoms of mental disorders.
