HRCP和ERCP对老年病人胆道结石诊断的对比分析

目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像技术（MRCP）及内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）对70岁以上老年病人胆道结石的诊断价值。方法对66例老年胆道结石患者进行MRCP和ERCP检查,并对MRCP和ERCP影像资料进行对照分析,经ERCP或手术证实。结果所有病例MRCP与ERCP都能清晰显示胆道系统,胆总管结石诊断准确率MRCP为98.5%（65/66）,ERCP为95.5%（63/66）,两者比较,统计学上无差异。结论 MRCP是一种安全、无创、诊断准确性高、无需造影剂及无并发症的检查手段,易被老年患者接受;MRCP和ERCP对于胆道结石的诊断具有较高的一致性,两者结合,可进一步提高对胆道结石的诊断准确率;ERCP还能同时进行内镜下取石。

MRCP and ERCP in Older Patients Calculous Biliary Disease Diagnosis of Comparative Analysis

Objective To study of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography（MRCP） and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） to 70 years of age or older patient with biliary stones of diagnostic value .Methods 66cases of elderly patients with biliary calculi were MRCP and ERCP, and the MRCP and ERCP image data were analyzed and compared, by ERCP or confirnled by surgical operation. Results In all cases, MRCP and ERCP can clearly display the biliary system, common bile duct calculi diagnosis accurate rate of MRCP was 98.5%（65/66）,ERCP 95.5%（63/66）, both comparison, there was no statistically different. Conclusion MRCP is a sale, noninvasive, diagnosis accuracy, no high contrast and no coi＇nplications rneans of inspection, easy to be elderly patients received： MRCP and ERCP fo r the diagnosis of biliary calculi with high consistency, both union, can further improve the diagnostic accuracy of biliary calculi ERCP still can simul- taneously endoscopic take stone.
