| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低分子量肝素(LMWH)治疗不孕、自然流产妇女血清的作用机理。方法:在2-细胞鼠胚体外培养液中分别加入正常生育妇女血清、不孕妇女血清、自然流产妇女血清,并在此基础上加入LMWH,观察小鼠囊胚形成率。结果:加入LMWH后,能提高不孕血清组,自然流产血清组2-细胞鼠囊胚形成率(P<0.05)。结论:LMWH能提高不孕、自然流产者囊胚形成率,具有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the treatment effect and therapeutic mechanism of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on the women with infertility and spontanous abortion. Methods: The sera of women with normal production,infertility and spontanous abortion were added to the cultrue solution of in vitro 2-cell embryo,and LMWH was added besides the sera, and to observe the percentage of blastula. Results: The percentage of blastula of in vitro 2-cell embryo added the sera of women with infertility and spontanous abortion and LMWH was increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: LMWH could increase the the percentage of blastula of in vitro 2-cell embryo added the sera of women with infertility and spontanous abortion, and possess the treatment effect on infertility and spontanous abortion. |
