痰瘀同治法防治胸痹的实验研究

目的:探讨痰瘀同治法对胸痹的防治效果及其作用机制,为临床应用痰瘀同治法防治胸痹提供实验依据。方法:比较痰瘀同治法、活血化瘀法、化痰法对高脂血症模型大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的影响,以及对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:痰瘀同治法与化痰法能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平,作用强于活血化瘀法;痰瘀同治法还能显著降低大鼠急性血瘀模型的全血黏度(高、中、低切)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞压积(HCT),作用显著优于化痰法、活血化瘀法。结论:痰瘀同治法能显著改善血脂代谢紊乱,保护血管内皮,改善血液流变性,消除动脉粥样硬化发生和加重的危险因素,达到防治胸痹(冠心病)的目的。

Experimental Study on Preventing and Curing Thoracic Obstruction by Means of Synchronically Treating Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Objective:To approach the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis in curing the thoracic obstruction by animal model,so as to provide laboratory evidence for the theory of synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis which could prevent and treat the thoracic obstruction in clinic.Method:The methods of dissipating phlegm,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis were compared by detecting the content of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in hyperlipemia rats.And the effect on hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats was studied at the same time.Result:Comparing with method of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,the methods of dissipating phlegm and synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis could markedly decrease TC,TG and LDL-C in experimental hyperlipidemia rats and increase HDL-C.The method of synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis could also markedly decrease the level of blood viscosity(high,medium and low shear rate),plasma viscosity and hematocrit in acute blood stasis rats,and the effect had an advantage than the other two methods.Conclusion:The method of synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis can markedly improve the abnormal lipid metabolism,protect blood vessel endothelium(BVE),improve the obstacle of blood flow degeneration,and eliminate risk factors of proceeding and aggravating artherosclerosis(AS),so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and curing thoracic obstruction(coronary heart disease).
