紫外线诱变产黄青霉菌原生质体选育高产菌种

摘    要:在菌种诱变筛选过程中,往往由于细胞壁的存在而影响其对外界理化因子的敏感性,因而我们采用细胞脱壁后再进行紫外线诱变处理的方法,选育青霉素高产优质菌株。分离纯化得到276#菌株,摇瓶考查青霉素效价和总产量分别提高了8.2%和6.4%,对氧的需求也有所降低,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:During the selecting of fungus'mutation process,frequently sensitivity to the physics and chemistry divisor in the outside world was effect by the cell wall.As a result we adopt mutate protoplast with the ultraviolet ray after leave the cell wall to breeding the high-productive penicillin producing strain.Isolated and extracted product strain 276~#,the result of flask-shaking test showed that the penicillin fermentation and total yield increase 8.2%and 6.4%.The demand to oxygen also cuts down somewhat.Attaining anticipates effect.
