AO钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折

目的总结跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗体会,为提高手术疗效、改进手术方法提供借鉴。方法对31例（36足）移位的跟骨关节内骨折切开复位AO跟骨钢板内固定,疗效评价根据Maryland Foot Score足部评分标准。结果31例（36足）均获随访12～36个月,患者足功能优良27例（32足）,总优良率88.89%。结论跟骨关节内骨折切开复位,AO钢板内固定是比较好的治疗方法。

Open Reduction and Internal Fixation of Fracture of Calcaneus with AO Steel Plate

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of surgical treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fracture,and to improve decision making and efficacy of the treatment.Methods 36 fractures in 31 patients with intraarticular calcaneal fractures were given internal fixation with AO steel plate.The foot functions of the patients were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score.Results 36 fractures followed up for 12 to 36 months,excellent and good results were obtained in 88.89%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with AO steel plate are better choice of treatment for intraarticular calcaneal fracture.
