| 摘 要： | 目的 对＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３治疗的中晚期食管癌、结直肠癌患者联合应用ＩＬ－２，探讨提高中晚期食管癌、结直肠癌放射免疫治疗效果的方法。方法 中晚期食管癌、结直肠癌患者２８例，分为＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３治疗组１３例，＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３＋ＩＬ－２治疗组１５例。＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３治疗组瘤内注射＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３ １１１０－１４８０ＭＢｑ／３－４ｍｇ／次；＾１３１Ｉ－ＣＬ３＋ＩＬ－２治疗组除行相同于＾１３１Ｉ－Ｃ
