| 摘 要： | 作者对带有HTLV-1的MT-2细胞超微结构进行了初步研究。所见成熟病毒颗粒大小不等具有多形性特征,有C型病毒颗粒特征但核样物较大;细胞中同时存在裸体的病毒核样物、囊膜状结构及相关的膜增殖系统,和颗粒状、微丝状、溶酶体样病毒基质,与病毒发育密切相关。观察这些变化将有助于深入研究HTLV的形态发生及其与宿主细胞的关系。

| Abstract: | Adult T-cell leukemia virus(HTLV-1) growing in MT-2 cell system was studied by conventional electron microscopy. The following evident structures were found in association with HTLV virions:1) naked nucloid structure interconfronting with membrane system and 2)granular .filamentous and lyso-some-like matrices in the virus replicating cytoplasm. Polymorphic appea-rence and a relatively larger nucloid of the virus were also noticed. |
