低糖基化IgA用于IgA肾病的治疗研究

摘    要:目的:探讨低糖基化IgA用于预测IgA肾病治疗效果的临床意义.方法:选取IgA肾病患者106例,根据其糖基化水平分为两组.于低糖基化IgA肾病患者中选取41例患者,正常糖基化IgA肾病患者中选取32例患者.结果:随访结束时观察组患者尿蛋白<0.15g/d者以及尿蛋白较治疗前改善超过一半者分别为19例和17例,对照组分别为18例和15例.两组患者差别不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:IgA1低糖基化水平不能用以推测IgA肾病近期治疗效果.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the low glycosylated IgA is used to predict the therapeutic effect and clinical significance of lgA nephropathy. Methods,Select 106 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy, according to their level of glycosylation is divided into two groups. In low glycosylated IgA nephropathy patients selected 41 cases of patients, normal glycosylation in IgA nephropathy patients selected 32 patients. Result:The end of follow-up observation of patients of urinary protein and urinary protein 〈0. 15g/d than before treatment improved more than half are respectively 19 and 17 cases, the control group were 18 cases and 15 cases. Two groups of patients with little difference, no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conelusion:IgA1 low glycosylation level cannot be used to predict the therapeutic effect of IgA nephropathy.
