低糖基化IgA用于IgA肾病的治疗研究

目的：探讨低糖基化IgA用于预测IgA肾病治疗效果的临床意义.方法：选取IgA肾病患者106例,根据其糖基化水平分为两组.于低糖基化IgA肾病患者中选取41例患者,正常糖基化IgA肾病患者中选取32例患者.结果：随访结束时观察组患者尿蛋白＜0.15g/d者以及尿蛋白较治疗前改善超过一半者分别为19例和17例,对照组分别为18例和15例.两组患者差别不大,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：IgA1低糖基化水平不能用以推测IgA肾病近期治疗效果.

Two groups of patients with little difference, no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conelusion：IgA1 low glycosylation level cannot be used to predict the therapeutic effect of IgA nephropathy.
