住院精神病患者保护性约束的原因分析及防护措施

目的分析对住院精神病患者进行保护性约束的原因，寻求保护性约束的有效防护措施。方法，回顾性分析138例实施保护性约束患者的相关资料。结果住院精神病患者实施保护性约束的原因中，冲动伤人占52．17％，自杀、自伤占8．71％，兴奋、躁动占17．39％，拒绝治疗11．59％，其他10．14％。结论对住院精神病患者实施保护性约束时，要进行全面评估，讲究约束的技巧，加强约束后的护理，减少意外事件的发生。

The analysis of the causes of protective constraint on hospitalized psychiatric patients and protective measures

Objective To explore effective nursing interventions for psychosis inpatients in need for protecting restraints. Methods Through retrospective review, 138 psychosis inpatients undergoing protecting restraints were investigated for reason, time, method and other related information of protecting restraints. Results Among the reasons for using protecting restraints, hurt for 52. 17% ; self, injury for 8. 71% ; excited agitated forl7.39% ; refuse treatment for 11.59% ; others for 10. 14%. Conclusions While nursing care for psychosis in- patients with protecting restraints, nurses need to systematically assessing the patients~ pay attention to restraint techniques, observe the safe- ty, and prevent accident events.
