摘    要:目的探讨TBL教学法在《基础护理学》理论学习中的应用和效果。方法选择2009级112名护理本科学生为研究对象。随机分为实验组56人和对照组56人。实验组采用TBL教学法,对照组采用传统的“教师授课,学生听课”的教学法。教学结束后进行综合理论考核,应用自行设计的问卷调查实验组学生对TBL教学的看法和满意度等。结果实验组综合理论考核成绩为(85.55±4.69)分,对照组为(75.38.4-6.67)分,两组成绩差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。问卷调查表明:大部分学生认为TBL教学有助于提高学习积极性、自学能力和团队合作能力,支持在今后的课程中继续使用。结论TBL教学应用于《基础护理学》教学,有助于提高学习效果,培养学生主动学习能力和团队协作精神等。【

Application and effectiveness evaluation of TBL in the teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing

Abstract:Objective To explore and evaluate the TBL approach application and effects in theoretical learning of fundamentals of nursing. Methods A total of 112 uursing students were included into this study, and were randomly divided into the experimental group ( 56 students ) and the control group (56 students) . TBL was applied to the experimental group while traditional method was applied to the con- trol group during the course. At the end of the class, theory examinations were administrated, and an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed. Results The average scores of the experimental group and the control group were 85.55 ± 4. 69 and 75.38 ±6. 67 respectively, which showed significantly difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) . TBL can help to improve the ability of understanding and application of knowledge. The survey indicated that more students believed that TBL would contribute to improve students'learning motivation, positivity, and colaboration, and expected to use TBL approach in the future courses. Conclusions Team - based learning in the fundamentals of nurs- ing teaching is helpful for the improvement of student's learning efficiency, learning positivity and teamwork spirit.
