综合性预防护理措施对腹部腹腔镜手术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

报告了综合性预防护理措施对腹部腹腔镜手术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响。我院在2012年11月至2013年4月有86例患者进行了腹部腹腔镜手术，在围术期对所有患者实施健康教育、体位护理、肢体训练护理、饮食护理、局部观察护理、预防性抗凝护理、恢复期护理等综合性预防护理。86例患者经过健康教育、体位护理、肢体训练、饮食护理、局部观察、预防性抗凝、恢复期护理等综合性护理措施后，均痊愈出院，并且所有患者均未发生下肢深静脉血栓，通过对患者后期回访，所有患者均恢复良好。综合性预防护理措施可以极大程度保障患者的生命安全，降低腹部腹腔镜术后并发症的发生，提高护理质量，减少临床不安全因素，最大限度地降低医疗纠纷和事故，具有一定的临床价值，值得推广。

The influence of comprehensive prevention and nursing on the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with abdominal laparoscopic operation

To explore the effect of comprehensive prevention and nursing measures of patients with abdominal laparoscopic operation on the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. During the period of 2012 November to 2013 April, there were 86 patients who underwent abdominal laparoscopic operation in our hospital. In peri - operation period, the comprehensive prevention and nursing were ap- plied for a!l patients such as health education, physical training of nursing, diet nursing, local observation and nursing, prophylactic antico- agulation nursing, recovery nursing. After nursing the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients was evaluated. All the patients recovered and no patients developed deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Comprehensive prevention and nursing measures can greatly ensure the safety of patients and has clinical value tbr the patients after abdominal laparoseopie operation.
