| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一枝黄花含漱液行口腔护理减少全麻术后患者发生口臭的可行性，提高患者的生活质量。方法采用随机抽样法将80例全麻下行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分成两组，每组40例。观察组采用一枝黄花含漱液进行口腔护理；对照组采用0．9％生理盐水进行常规口腔护理。比较两组患者口臭发生情况。结果观察组的口臭发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论一枝黄花含漱液行口腔护理可明显降低全麻术后患者口臭的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of Solidago decurrens gargle to reduce halitosis of patients with general anesthesia, and improve the life quality. Methods Using random sampling method, 80 cases of general anesthesia patients with laparoscopic cholecys- tectomy were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, The observation group adopted Solidago decurrens gargle for oral care, the control group adopted 0. 9% of saline for regular oral care. Two groups were compared with the incidence of halitosis. Results The inci- dence of halitosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Solidago decur- rens gargle can obviously reduce the occurrence of halitosis after general anesthesia. |
