微种植体支抗治疗开唇露齿的相关牙根吸收的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨使用微种植体支抗辅助治疗开唇露齿后牙根吸收的状况及相关因素。方法:选取18例开唇露齿采取正畸治疗的患者,年龄12~23岁,上颌或双颌前突,前牙唇倾,上颌均拔除第一前磨牙。分为实验组(种植支抗)9例和对照组(传统支抗)9例,实验组使用前后牙区共3枚种植钉支抗系统,对照组使用Nance托。正畸前后制取模型及拍摄全景片,头颅定位侧位片,测量相关指标并进行分析。结果:两组患者的上中切牙牙根均明显吸收,微种植支抗组大于传统支抗组(P〈0.01)。结论:治疗开唇露齿的患者,前牙内收压低后均有不同程度的牙根吸收,使用微种植体支抗会更明显,治疗期间需注意力量控制及影像监测。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the outcome and factors of root resorption in patients who used mini-implant to treat poor lip seal. Methods: Eighteen subjects(age 12-23 years) with poor lip seal were allocated in the study. The patients all had maxillary dentoalveolar protrusion and extrated two first premolars. They were divided into two groups:A group (mini-implant anchorage) 9 patients and B group (regular anchorage) 9 patients. A group used 3 implants and B group used Nance plate for the treatment. The length of incisors was measured in record model , panoramic and cephalometric radiograph. Results: Root resorption was found in both group. The degree of the root resorption in mini-implant anchorage group was higher than that in reg-ular anchorage (P〈0.05). Conclusions:Root resorption was found in all of the patients with poor lip seal. The use of mini-implant anchorage will lead more root resorption. The force chose and early imaging examination should be noticed during the treatment.
