64层螺旋CT三维重建技术在舟状骨骨折的术前应用

目的研究64层螺旋cT三维重建技术对舟状骨骨折的诊断价值。方法分析36例舟状骨骨折患者的x线平片及64层螺旋CT资料，比较x线平片、CT轴位及三维重建三种图像对舟状骨骨折的诊断检出率，并对舟状骨骨折进行术前分型。结果cT三维重建技术对舟状骨骨折的检出率高于x线平片及CT轴位。按Herbert分型，稳定型骨折10例（27．78％），不稳定型骨折26例（72．22％）。结论64层螺旋CT三维成像技术对舟状骨骨折的术前诊断、分型及指导治疗具有重要意义。

Application of 3D Reconstruction of 64-slice Spiral CT in Scaphoid Fractures

Objective To study the diagnostic value of 3D reconstruction of 64-slice spiral CT in scaphoid fractures.Methods The X-ray and 64-slice spiral CT data of 36 cases of scaphoid fractures were analyzed. The diagnostic rates of scaphoid fractures were compared among X-ray plain film,axial CT imaging and 3D reconstruction images,and all the cases were classified preoperatively.Results The diagnostic rate of 3D reconstruction techniques for scaphoid fractures was higher than the X-ray plain film and axial CT images.There were 10 cases（27.78%） stable fractures and 26 cases（72.22%） of unstable fractures according to the Herbert standard.Conclusion 3D reconstruction techniques of 64-slice spiral CT is valuable in diagnosing and classifying preoperatively and provides valuable information on guiding therapeutic methods.
