摘    要:目的:测定乳酸钙片中乳酸钙的含量。方法:用水制备供试品溶液,加入氯化镧消除干扰,将供试品溶液喷入乙炔一空气火焰,用标准曲线法测定钙的含量。结果:钙元素在0~6.00μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9984;在标示量的80%、100%、120%三个浓度点测定回收率,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论:本法简单、快速、准确、重现性好,适用于乳酸钙片中乳酸钙的含量测定。

Determination of Calcium Lacate in Compound Calcium Lactate Tablets by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective:A flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of calcium lactate in Compound Calcium Lactate Tablets was established.Methods:The sample solutions were prepared with water and sodium chloride was added to eliminate ionization interference.Results:The sample solutions were injected into air-acetylene flame.The content of potassium were calculat-ed by standard calibration curves.The linear range fro potassium chloride was 0~6.00μg/ml,r=0.9984.The average recovery rate was 99.6%,RSD=1.8%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproductive.
