高龄患者失禁相关性皮炎的护理干预

目的总结35例高龄患者失禁性皮炎的护理，探讨适合老年患者会阴部失禁性皮炎的护理模式。方法轻度患者：温水清洁后，采用油膏外涂或外喷3M伤口保护膜。中重度患者：温水清洁后，采用油膏外涂或局部喷造口护肤粉，外喷3M伤口保护膜。结果35例患者中，18例轻度患者1周内恢复，无复发病例。9例采用油膏联合3M伤口保护膜处理的中重度患者恢复时间3—8周，复发率分别是25％和100％。8例采用造口粉联合3M伤口保护膜处理的中重度患者恢复时间2—4周，无复发病例。结论轻度患者通过积极的清洁、保护措施，会阴部皮炎能较快地恢复。中重度患者使用造口粉联合3M伤口保护膜处理较油膏联合3M伤口保护膜更有效，且复发率低。

The Nursing Method of Elderly Patients with Incontinence Dermatitis

Objective To summarize the nursing method of 35 cases of elderly patients with incontinence dermatitis and explore the nursing mode fitting for perineal incontinence dermatitis in the department of Geriatrics. Methods For mild patients,ointment was applied externally or 3M wounds protection film was sprayed on the surface after warm water cleaning.For moderate or severe patients,ointmentwas applied or stoma skin care powder was sprayed externally and 3M wounds protective film was sprayed on the surface after warm water cleaning. Results In all the 35 cases,18 mild patients recovered in one week with no recurrence.9 moderate or severe cases who were managed with ointment and 3M protective film recovered in 3 to 8 weeks,and the recurrence rate of them was 25% and 100%,respectively.8 moderate or severe patients treated with stoma powder joint combined with 3M wound protection film recovered in 2 to 4 weeks with no recurrence.Conclusion The mild patients could quickly recovered from perineal dermatitis after perineum being cleaned and protected.3M wound protective film combined with stoma powder was more effective than combined with ointment in moderate or severe cases,and the recurrence rate was also lower.
