| 摘 要： | 目的观察LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1N～2012年6月采取LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者100例临床资料进行总结。结果阴道镜下宫颈活检与LEEP病理检查完全相符者576％（76／100），治愈率为93％（93／100）。结论LEEP刀术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变临床效果显著，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of LEEP in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 100 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia from January 2011 to June 2012 treated with LEEP, were selected for retrospective analysis.Results The correspondence rate was 76% by comparing multipoint biopsy under the vaginoscope with LEEP pathological examination,the recovery rate was 93%.Conclusion LEEP operation in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is significantly effective,which is worth popularizing in the clinic works. |
