| 摘 要： | 2,5-二甲基-7H-呋喃并[3,2-9][1]苯并吡喃-7-酮(1)具有防止辐射损伤及治疗白癜风等作用。对其合成关键中间体4-甲基-6-烯丙基-7-羟基香豆素(5a)的合成路线及分离进行了改进。

| Abstract: | The synthetic route of 2,5-dimethylpsoralen (1) is described, 4-Methyl-6-allyl-7-hydroxycoumarin (5a), the key intermediate, was prepared fromresorcinol by two different processes. In the first process, which is adaptableto large scale preparation, a simple method separating 5a from 5b was afforded,by conversion of 5 into its acetate(g), followtd by recrystalization. |
