金刚藤的黄酮类化学成分

摘    要:目的对金刚藤化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法等进行分离纯化 ;通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果分离得到了 5个黄酮类化合物 ,即山萘酚 (kaempferol,Ⅰ )、山萘酚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (kaempferol 7 O β D glucopyra noside ,Ⅱ )、二氢山萘酚 (dihydrokaempferol,Ⅲ )、槲皮素 (quercetine ,Ⅳ )、异鼠李素 (isorhamnetin ,Ⅴ )。结论这 5个黄酮类化合物均为首次从金刚藤中分离得到

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical composition of the rhizome of Smilax bockii Warb.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Result Five compounds were isolated as kaempferol (Ⅰ);kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ);dihydrokaempferol(Ⅲ); quercetine (Ⅳ); isorhamnetin(Ⅴ).Conclusion The above five compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
