我院药品不良反应上报情况回顾分析

目的：了解并分析药品不良反应（ADR）在我院发生的情况与特点，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：对我院2004年-2006年ADR报告分别从给药途径、药物种类、涉及器官系统等方面分类统计和分析。结果：涉及不良反应的药物品种共53种，以抗感染药占44．1％居首位，其次为心血管药物、中药制剂；主要ADR类型为皮肤损害，其次是胃肠道功能失调、发热、头晕等全身症状；静脉给药的ADR发生率在给药途径中所占比率最高，为50．6％。结论：通过合理应用抗感染药物，加强中药制剂的质量监控，注意幼儿和老人等特殊体质人群的ADR监控，加强专业人员的业务和服务素质的培训，鼓励药师多与临床医生沟通，落实好ADR的通报工作等，以减少和避免严重ADR事件的发生。

Retrospective Analysis of ADR Case Reports in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in our hospital. METHODS： The ADR cases reported between 2004 of route of administration, drug kinds, organs and systems and 2006 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect involved etc. RESULTS： A total of 53 kinds of drugs were involved in ADR events, dominating the first place was anti - infective drugs （44.1% ）, followed by cardiovascular drugs and Chinese drugs preparation. The major systems involved were skin and its appendages, followed by general symptoms such as functional disorder of intestine, febrile, dizziness etc. Most （50.6%） of the ADRs were induced by intravenous route. CONCLUSION： Only through rational use of antiinfective drugs, strengthening quality control on Chinese drugs preparation, attaching great importance on ADR monitoring in patients with special physical state such as children and aged patients, facilitating communication between pharmacists and clinician and carrying out ADR reporting can the occurrence of ADRs be reduced or avoided.
