余姚市2000～2006年疑似麻疹病例血清学检测结果分析

目的分析余姚市2000～2006年麻疹患者血清抗体检测情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测麻疹kM抗体。结果2000～2006年共采集疑似麻疹病例血清498例，实验室确诊病例211例，阳性率42．37％。冬春季阳性率高，麻疹IgM抗体阳性最小年龄为3个月12d，最大为42岁，主要集中在小于8月龄组。流动人口麻疹抗体阳性率高于常住人口。结论检测麻疹IgM抗体对病例的快速确诊、及时采取控制措施起到关键作用，建议重点对流动人口加强管理，提高麻疹疫苗的接种及时性和接种质量，加强麻疹的常规免疫、强化免疫，适时开展流动儿童的强化免疫。

Results of serological detection of suspected measles patients in Yuyao City in 2000～2006

Objective To analyze results of serological test of antibody IgM to measles virus in Yuyao City in 2000 - 2006. Methods Serum antibody IgM to measles virus was detected by ELISA, Results Totally 498 suspected cases were diagnosed in lab,211 measles cases were confirmed with a positive rate of 42.37% . The incidence was higher in winter and spring. The youngest patient aged 42 days and the oldest one was 42 years old, most of patients were infants in the age group; of 8 months old. Conclusion The detection of serum antibody IgM kto measles virus is the key for rapid confirmation of the infections and making control measures. To control the outbreak of measles the work of management of mibile population, enhancement of vaccine coverage and quality and intenticification of immunization be carried out.
