摘    要:目的探讨小波变换图像增强技术(WTIE)定位诊断腰椎间盘突出症在临床上的应用价值。方法利用WTIE对100例腰椎间盘突出症住院病人的脊柱X线片进行处理,获得腰椎间盘突出节段椎管局部的额状面数字图像,根据该图像显示椎间盘突出的形态,定位诊断腰椎间盘突出症,并与CT及手术所见进行对比。结果腰椎管局部感兴趣区的额状面数字图像定位诊断腰椎间盘突出症阳性率852%,CT阳性率776%。结论WTIE简便实用,定位诊断正确率高,有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract:Objective Probe into the localization diagnosis of the lumbar disc herniation using wavelet transform image enhancement science(WTIE) by clinical to make use of value.Methods The X ray films of the hundred cases with lumbar disc herniation were processed by WTIE.The digital images of the spinal canal at the site of lumbar herniated disc on coronal plane were acquired by which the morphology of the herniated disc was visualized to diagnose lumbar disc herniation.The diagnostic result was compared with that of the CT and its operation.Results The intrinsic hidden information on X ray film was found.The rate of correct localization diagnosis using the digital image on the coronal plane was up to 85.2%,CT scanning was up to 77.6%.Conclusion WTIE was a simple and easy and practical technique in the localization diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.It deserves further studies and clinical popularization.
