| 摘 要： | 目的:观察调理髓海、解郁安神针法治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:将96例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组予百优解胶囊20mg/d口服。治疗组予针刺治疗,取百会、四神聪、神庭、本神、内关、神门、大陵、三阴交、太冲等穴,治疗4周后观察治疗前后HAMD评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率87.5%,2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:调理髓海、解郁安神针法治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment of regulating marrow,removing depression and anchoring mind on poststroke.Methods: 96 cases of poststroke were randomly divided into 2 groups.48 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Prozac.48 cases in the therapy group were treated with acupuncture.Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Shenting(DU24),Benshen(GB13),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7),Daling(PC7),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taichong(LR3) were selected in the treatment group.Results: The effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 87.5% in the control group with a insignificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The acupuncture treatment of regulating marrow,removing depression and anchoring mind has a good effect on poststroke. |
