汕头市实施世行贷款结核病控制项目效果分析

目的 分析汕头市实施世行贷款项目控制结核病的成效。方法 根据项目的报表和队列分析方法分析病例发现和治疗效果。结果 病例发现水平和治疗效果逐年提高，新发涂阳登记率从1993年的4．92／10万提高到2001年的32．63／10万，初、复治涂阳治愈率也分别从64．7％和38．2％提高到97．7％和85．1％。结论 世行贷款项目控制结核病成效显著，两阶段全程间歇化疗方案及全程督导管理方法科学有效，值得继续推广。

The Evaluation of Conducting the World-bank Loan Tuberculosis Control Project in Shantou

Objective To analyze the effect of the tuberculosis control in Shantou by carryingout the loan project of the World Bank. Method According to the report forms of the project, analyzingthe case discoveries and curative effects through the cohort analysis method. Result Both the case-detecting level and curative effects has improved year after year. Compared to 4.92/lac (4.92 out ofhundred thousand) of 1993, the first discovered smear positive register rate in 2001 increased to 32.63/lac. Initial treatment rate increased from 64.7% to 97.7% and re-treatment rate from 38.2% to 85.1%.Conclusion An outstanding achievement of the tuberculosis control project by the loan of World Bankhas been made. The two-phase Short Course Chemotherapy (SCC) and Directly Observed Treatment, Short-Course (DOTS) are effective and recommendable.
