胰岛素抵抗,血脂异常与缺血性脑血管病关系的动态研究

目的 研究胰岛素抵抗（ＩＲ），血脂异常与缺血性脑血管病之间的关系。方法 测定不同病程脑梗死患者的血脂，胰岛素，血糖及ｃ－肽（ｃ－ｐ）等，并与健康对照组（２９例）比较。结果 在脑梗死的不同发展阶段，血脂，血糖，ｃ－ｐ及胰岛素敏感指数（ＩＳＩ）与对照组相比均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），ＩＳＩ在恢复期组与甘油三酯和ａｐｏＢ有显著负相关（Ｐ〈０．０５），在其他各组均无相关。结论 在脑梗死发病的全过程中Ｉ

Dynamic study on the relationship between insulin resistance, lipid abnormality and ischemic cerebral vascular disease

Objective To study the relationship between insulin resistance(IR), blood lipid abnormality and ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Methods The blood lipid, insulin, glucose and c p were detected in the patients with cerebral infarction in different course and were compared with 29 healthy controls. Results In different stages of cerebral infarction, there were differences among blood lipid, fasting glucose, c p and ISI that were compared with the 29 healthy controls ( P <0.05). ISI had remarkable negative correlation with TRIG and apoB only in the recovery stage( P <0.05). It didn't correlation with other groups. Conclusion Our results suggested that IR did not have significant correlation with the lipid abnormality, which expressed as high TRIG, high apoB and low HDL serum level in all the stages of cerebral infarction, IR did not influence the ICVD through the effect of 'X syndrome'. On the other hand, it was an independent risk factor of ICVD.
